Raya 2011

2011 was a very special year for me especially for the Hari Raya celebration. This year it was my first Hari Raya as husband to Nur Amira Ahmed and it was a double celebration as we got a wonderful news that she is pregnant for a month. This year's hari Raya was also one of the most memorable day as my new family also celebrated the Family day on 3rd day of Syawal. But before the family day we spent lots of time visiting other families and for the first time we took a family potrait picture with Mak Long's family. The picture was taken using self timer on a tripod an we all posed smartly in our baju raya.

My Milo Boys

Last year I remember that I have participate in a photography competition organized by Milo Fuze. This competition was my first and I just dont know why I am so intersted to join. Me and my friend Man a.k.a Man je a.k.a Manje decide to give it a try and shared the prizes if we wont it. We planned to take the pictures in a pool with kids who are by that time my girlfriend's cousins and of course showing how Milo fuze jammed pack our daily life. Luck was not on our side as there were thousands of more creative guys and gurls out there. So let see our unwinning product (at least we have fun doing it)....=)

Titiwangsa outing

Today I kinda feel very boring..makan tido makan tido at home so after a long hibernation I was thinking of doing some exercise. Not jogging, not going to the gym or keep slim, it is what I call photowalking. I decided myself to go to Lake Titiwangsa  and to capture as many potraits shot I could. The chalange is: To capture candid shots and also overcome my natural shyness, (shy la sangat). For me if you realy like potraits photography you must not be shy to ask. Your possible subject maybe a little bit private in terms of their photo so if you can't candid, make a request. Well I dont like to talk too much as this blog is meant for photos. So enjoy.

Unplanned Outdoor Session - Amrillah & Wife

This session was held in Sekinchan, Selangor. We went for a stop to buy fruits at fruit stall along side the paddy field after attending one of our friends wedding. At that moment I remember Amrillah a.k.a milah told me he never had an outdoor session with his wife after their marriage so I'm thinking of giving them a present since I don't have the chance to go to their wedding.



I Like black and white

I really love black and white photos. I just dont know why I love it so much. Maybe due to my personality or maybe just because I like the feel of it. B&W pictures in my perspective are full of enigmas and questions. One can have many predictions when seeing a B&W photos. Sometimes I convert lots of pictures from full colour to black and white to create strong feelings towards the pictures and I usually entitle it with the subject in the pictures. Through this blog I will publish some of my B&W pictures for your view.

For this time, the pictures is taken on our 1st Family day in Tok Bali, Kelantan. It was the first day of the event. Some of my wife's nephew aren't feeling very well that day, so I just captured their photos so that someday when they grow up they can have a look at it and have a laugh.

Nur Amira's Convocation

This is one of my earliest day falling in love with photography. These pictures might be the last group of pictures before the camera was stolen. Lucky for us we had the pictures backuped in an external disc. Lesson learned, don't left your camera in your vehicle. Back to the pictures, it was taken somewhere in May 2011 in UiTM Shah Alam. It's one of Amira's special day after years of hardworking in her studies. Pictures were taken using Nikon D40. We manage to capture outdoor shots after the ceremony and here they are:
